Internal product validation procedure: COVID-19
To avoid travel and the uncertainties related to travel restrictions due to the coronavirus we have implemented the following procedure:
Step 1
- Initial consultation with your target prices:
- You send us your drawings in DWG, DXF, STEP, SolidWorks or PDF format.
- Recommendations of manufacturing processes , methods …….
- With annual quantities and quantities per delivery.
- With specifications for surface treatments.
- With specification of the packaging.
- We submit our price offer to you.
Step 2
- If the price suits you, you send us order for a prototype, average production time of 4 weeks
Note: The price of the prototypes is increased by 30% compared to the series.
- After manufacturing we send you a dimensional control report with photos.
- Sending of the prototype by groupage transport and inspection in your facilities
- You send us by email with an inspection report with your comments
- Technical meeting by Skype with our production manager and engineering department (if necessary).
- Meeting Minutes send by email
Step 3
- Ordering of a pre-series 5, 10, 20 pieces.
- Kick Off meeting at the start of manufacturing by Skype to determine the important points and the functional dimensions of control during manufacturing………..
- After manufacturing we send you a dimensional control report with photos.
- Sending of parts by groupage transport and inspection in your facilities
- Validation of the pre-series
Step 4
- Signature of annual executive contact
- Establish a delivery schedule
- Ordering of the series and start of production after receipt of deposit.
